Refund Policy:

Below is an overview of when refunds will be issued

    1. All refund requests are subject to review by the Director of Recreation and must be sent in writing to
    2. A full refund will be issued only if a program is cancelled by Stoneham Recreation.  
    3. If a participant wishes to cancel a program, they will receive a credit to their account to be applied for a future Stoneham Recreation activity. All credits must be used within one year.
      1. To receive a full credit when cancelling a Recreation program, the participant must request to withdraw from the class within 7 days prior to the first class and must be in writing. Cancellation request can be sent to
      2. Participants who cancel after 7 days, but before the first class, will receive a 50% credit to their account and must be used within one year.
      3. After the start of the first class, only refunds or credits will be issued for medical reasons.
    4.  There will be a $20.00 administrative fee for all refunds approved by the Director of Recreation unless the program is canceled by Stoneham Recreation.
