Join Stoneham Recreation and our friends from Sports Zone 101 on Tuesday nights at the new Stoneham High School tennis courts!
Little or no tennis experience? Our tennis program offers students a great place to start or brush up on the basics. Students will improve hand-eye coordination, agility, perform racquet-handling skills, and become familiar with the tennis court. Instructors focus on building a great foundation and love of the game through fun games associated with tennis. We also will emphasize working on hitting a tossed ball, actively moving, and hitting the ball correctly. Our program also allows for Mini-Games to be played at the conclusion of each day.
