want to ensure your kiddos are screen free and moving their bodies? Done!
Drop them for a morning Sports & Conditioning Clinic focused on aerobic and
anaerobic exercises meant to build endurance and speed. Athletes will run
through circuits designed to challenge their agility, strength and balance.
Whether your student-athlete plays basketball or soccer, or is preparing for their
skate and ski season, this clinic will push them to reach their fitness
potential.
In order to be a successful student-athlete, you are required to have a strong
body and centered mind. Yoga provides people with the ability to find their
breath, focus their mind, be present on their Matt and build flexibility that helps
them prevent injuries. Sign your student-athlete up for this 45 min. Introduction
to Vinyasa Yoga. Feel free to have them register for both classes to burn off
some energy and quiet their mind, before the hectic holidays hit.
