Come work on your baseball fundamentals and skills with our fall baseball clinic. The goal of this clinic is to teach the proper fundamentals of throwing, defense, and pitching/catching. Each week every participants will be provided instruction and will get many repetitions to improve their game. We will also include fun games at the end of each clinic!
Drills will include:
Throwing drills (infield footwork, crow hops, outfield footwork, etc)
Infielder drills (technique, barehand drills, backhands, forehands, slow rollers, transfer drills, etc)
Outfielder drills (sprint drills, agility drills, fly balls, reaction drills, etc)
Catchers drills (receiving drills, throwing drills, proper footwork drills, etc)
Pitching drills (bullpens, changeup drills, longtoss drills, etc)
*Players should bring their own glove
